Welcome to Excellence Support Centre. The dominant design criteria of all our programmes is that they are all comprehensively self-sufficient. However, every programme enrolment entitles you to email support for the programme period or 60 days for the eGym package. Please see turn-around time below*. This should really be adequate due to the nature and design of the programmes.

*Our email turn-around policy is by close of same business day (Sydney/Australia time 9:00AM-6:00PM) or by close of next business day if received after 6:00PM. In practical terms, we shall respond ASAP after we receive your email, as we have no desire whatsoever to keep you waiting.

Business consulting focuses on the whole enterprise, and its need to upgrade the personal mind fitness skills of its employees, in accordance with its overall business strategy. The process is conducted in 3 stages:

1. Explore: We start by reviewing the enterprise's business strategy and studying its overall operational systems. Then, we assess EVERY nominated employee in the 3 aspects of self-development: thinking, reading and memory and the relevance of each skill to their current or future roles and/or job descriptions.
2. Present: We then present a report outlining the enterprise's overall benefits, recommended team and individual Excellence programmes and support structures.
3. Implement: We support and monitor the performance of each employee as they progress towards their agreed goals. Regular status reports can be arranged and certificates issued for succesfull employees.

Personal online coaching can be arranged upon request. The programmes are very comprehensive and are designed for the solo learner and practitioner. However, if you prefer a 1-to-1 personal coaching, then we will be pleased to help. As an online ebusiness, we can setup a personal connection via the internet to anyone in the world. The structure and content of the personal programme can be customised to suit your own individual objectives and preferences.

As each indiviual needs are different, please feel free to send us an email outlining your needs. We shall then respond with our recommendation and estimated costs of the personal programme. Obviously, the costs will be much higher than the standard fees. We reserve the right NOT to respond to emails if we judge them to be of a curious, rather than serious, nature.
