Pocket PC Gym Samples   Memory Makes the Heart Beat Faster
The College/Gym programmes contain sophisticated exercises to challenge you each day. In the mean time, here are 3 sample exercises designed for the Pocket PC screen, as we use them for our field market research. Other Gym exercises are designed for book and computer screen layouts.

The Flash movie (right) will display 9 pictures and their sequence numbers.
Your challenge is to recall the items at the end of the first movie. Two tests to try: recall the number of the picture then recall the picture of the number. Piece of cake.
The Memory Excellence programme will show you how to remember business, study and personal facts/data, names/faces, complex 20-digit numbers, phones/contacts, lists, dates, directions, and any information worth storing for the short and long term, as well as all 52 playing cards (!) in any sequence.
Reading in the Fast Lane    Say That Again?
The Flash movie will display sentences/quotes, for 1 second each, in word count sequence; the first sentence contains 1 word, the second 2 words and so on.

Your challenge is to read the sentences or quotes and then repeat what you read. No sweat.
Once you reach your reading speed limit and can not repeat all the words, stop. Your reading speed is displayed at the bottom left corner of the sentence/quote review 'Next' screen (in red). Return to Home (green square on 'Next' screen) and review the last sentence/quote screen you could not read completely (green circle on 'Home' screen at right).
The Reading Excellence programme will show you how to increase your reading speed multiples of your current speed with BETTER comprehension and recall. If you are already a Speed Reader, join our Gym to maintain and enhance your reading speed using Web, desktop/laptop and Pocket PC Gym exercises. You will be challenged!
Comprehension at High Speeds    Lady Who?
OK. This exercise tests comprehension, though some may find it a bit too 'scientific'. Have a go anyway.

The Flash movie will display a paragraph for 4 seconds (400WPM).
Your challenge is to read the paragraph, then answer a multiple choice question that follows. Easy.
The Gym contains exercises that will challenge you up to 2,000 WPM, and beyond when you are ready. We are building a library of massive content to ensure you always practice on fresh, new material.

Hope you enjoyed the quick samples; much more complex, challenging and entertaining exercises await you.
