2. Do the eBook chapter’s exercise
3. Do the eGym’s Dynamic Workouts
4. Do the eBook’s Guided Workouts

The Speed Reading eGym contains Flash-based multimedia exercises to train your eyes on the different techniques detailed in the eBook chapters.

The eGym is UNIQUE and solves the problem facing potential speed readers, who usually follow written instructions of training books, of not knowing EXACTLY how their eyes should move/hover over the text of the reading material. The eGym shows you how VISUALLY and guides your eyes over training material so you can practice on your screen before you read the book. Very powerful and very, very effective.

 

 

POWER Memory exercises are different by their nature. Memory is a very imaginative art and hence the memory exercises are comprehensively illustrated with graphics, images and Flash movies. There are 'heaps' of clip art, animations and movies within each programme unit.

The eGym workouts will help enormously in developing your fast memory 'reflexes' with built-in control of timeframes and content presentation. The Guided Workouts will also detail real-world exercises that you can perform to 'sharpen' your memory while performing everyday tasks as well as preparing for important events (presentations, etc.).

Reading Speed Test
1. Open a new page in a familiar book
2. Start a 1-minute stopwatch/countdown timer
3. Begin reading and stop after 1 minute
4. Count number of lines read
5. Count average number of words per line
Average = Total number of words in 3 lines divided by 3
6. Multiply No of Lines * Average Number of Words per Line
7. The result is your current speed in Words Per Minute

The Gym's Guided Workouts are groups of exercises, within a structured outline (the workout), that you can perform in the 'real-world'; your own environment. The exercises are comprehensively illustrated as applicable.
